Befeus is an independent service provider — not your employee, and not a statutory representative in China. Anything requiring formal agency status would be written into a specific agreement.
Not a licensed practice.
Legal, tax and accounting work stays with licensed professionals; we coordinate.

The service covers the agreed scope — and the scope is agreed precisely so that expectations stay realistic on both sides.

Is this the same as an "outsourced China office"?
It can look similar from your side, and that's fine — but we describe it accurately: a clearly scoped, recurring China-side arrangement with a consistent point of contact who knows your business. As your needs grow, we can expand the scope of our support.
How is it priced?
According to the recurring work involved. We size it together, quote it, and review it as the workload changes.
What if our workload drops?
The scope is reviewed together; it can shrink or pause. You keep the working relationship and the context.
Can you coordinate our existing lawyer or accountant?
Yes — coordination only: passing information, arranging calls, tracking their requests. Professional advice remains theirs.
